iTanakh—an outstanding set of links to extensive resources on the Tanakh—the Hebrew scriptures.  Maintained by Dr. R. Christopher Heard.  Includes links to Internet resources on Semitic languages (such as Akkadian, Hebrew, and Sumerian), Methods and Topics.  Highly recommended.

Library Tools for Biblical Exegesis—an excellent annotated bibliography for research tools for an exegesis project.  Includes annotated Internet links.  From Duke Divinity Library.  Recommended.
